King Tide orchestrated a lavish culinary spectacle that showcased the mastery of Chef Mauro Colagreco and his skilled ensemble of chefs, sommeliers and service team in the form of a luxury dining pop-up event.

 

Spanning four weeks in duration, King Tide and  Restaurant Mirazur worked hand-in-hand to leave an unprecedented mark on the Australian gastronomic landscape by artfully blending indigenous ingredients and tastes in this unparalleled event. Diners were offered the chance to savour the pinnacle of world-class dining excellence within an immersive and distinctive ambiance.
